TTi Soccer x Yoga Athletex Partnership 2022

TTi is partnering with Yoga Athletex as we wade into 2022!

I am excited as this should give our players a physiological edge working with our players a few times a month from physical work, to complement our sessions, to yoga and breathing to help the focus! In addition as we head towards the summer there will be access for our membership to the YA Online portal for athletes!

We welcome Patricia and Kaylynn!

Here is a message from YA!

We are Patricia and Kalynn (sisters, athletes, co-founders). We started Yoga Athletex in 2013 to transform the way athletes train. Our goal is to increase the longevity of their careers and increase their athletic performance while decreasing their chance of injury and mental health concerns.

As lifelong athletes, we have each experienced injuries, challenges, and successes in training. Because of these experiences, we were driven to provide the balanced training we wished we had when we were active in sports.

With our combined education in sports performance and yoga, we created programming using proven, evidence based, researched methods that improve performance while preventing injury. In 2020, we took our programming online so we could help even more athletes.

We are so grateful to provide team training and (in time) online classes (YAX Online) as a resource to support the athletes of TTi and allow them to recover anytime, anywhere.

We’re here to help you get your athletes to the next level!
