You Can't Only Post When You Win
You cannot only post when you win.
In youth football, success isn’t measured solely by the scoreline. And this weekend proved exactly why.
Across the club, we finished with 4 losses, 3 draws, and 2 wins — but the numbers don’t tell the story.
What they don’t show is:
• We played up age groups, in some cases by three years.
• We dealt with different weather and different field conditions every match.
• We had two last-kick goals scored against us — and showed incredible resilience every time.
• We controlled the ball in long stretches and stayed committed to our way of playing.
• We honored our Fair Play Policy at all times.
• Everyone played, even in tight moments — because development > fear.
Posting only when you win leaves questions. Posting with honesty builds trust.
At TTi, we stay true to who we are:
We develop players.
We stick to our values.
We treat every kid as a person, not a number.
And we believe resilience is built through the whole journey — not just the victories.
The Bluebonnet Way isn’t about selective storytelling. It’s about real growth, real connection, and real development.
We move forward — together.
