No single activity will change everything — it’s about the environment and the connection.

Over the next 4 weeks, our training is focused on building confidence — especially in front of goal. The structure is simple, purposeful, and designed to give players consistent reps in meaningful moments.

Session Flow (80 mins):

🔹 Performance & Movement – 20 mins
🔹 Small-Sided Games – 20 mins
🔹 Shooting/Finishing + 1v1s to Goal – 20 mins
🔹 Match Play – 20 mins

The reps matter. The rhythm matters.
But more than anything — how we show up and connect with players matters most.
