Thanks You 2024-25 Season
Hello Everyone,
This has become a bit of a yearly summer writing for me — sat at the airport, waiting for my plane to join up with my family, for some invaluable time off. I enjoyed last year’s reflection more than I expected to, so I thought I’d keep it as a tradition! As we close out another season together, I want to take a moment to reflect — not just on what we did, but on what we learned, what we lived, and what we’re building together.
This past year has been full of the stuff that matters: growth, challenge, joy, setbacks, and small wins that added up to something much bigger. Through all of it, I want to say thank you. Thank you for your trust. Thank you for your time. Thank you for showing up — week in, week out — and pouring into this environment with your children. We saw so many moments worth celebrating. From the intensity of futsal nights to the camaraderie of traveling to tournaments, from individual breakthroughs to full-team resilience — this year reminded us of what’s possible when players are supported, pushed, and surrounded by belief. Whether it was a first-time trialist finding their footing or a long-time player stepping up as a leader, the development wasn’t always loud — but it was always real and authentic.I also want to take a moment to thank our staff — as a whole and as individuals.
This group has shown an incredible willingness to pour their energy, attention, and creativity into making this place special. From early mornings to late evenings, they’ve brought not just structure and knowledge, but care, personality, and a deep belief in what we’re doing here. Their dedication is felt in the smallest details and the biggest moments. I’m proud of who they are, how they show up, and how much they genuinely want the best for every player in our care.
At the same time, we’ve taken lessons with us. We’ve learned where clarity was needed, where structure could be stronger, and where communication could improve. We’ve listened — to players, to parents, to each other — and we’re using that insight to shape the way forward. Where we missed the mark, we’re committed to being better. And where we found traction, we’re building.
Our values — Will to Win, Show Compassion, Be Bold, Calmness — have anchored us through it all. They showed up not just in results, but in how our players bounced back from tough moments, how our teams grew together, and how we carried ourselves across every touchpoint of the year.Looking ahead, we’re focused. Not on being the biggest — but on being the most intentional. We’re planning deeper investment in player care, more streamlined communication, and a continued commitment to development over shortcuts. With new players joining, returning faces growing into new roles, and staff stepping up with fresh purpose, we’re excited for what comes next.
At the heart of TTi is belief — belief in long-term development, in character before outcome, in the power of creating a space where players feel seen, supported, and challenged. We’re proud of the culture we’re building and grateful to share it with families like yours.Thank you for being part of it. Here’s to rest, reflection, and a purposeful next chapter.
Please enjoy your breaks - enjoy being kids. That time is more fleeting than you would think.
With So Much Gratitude,
Lee
