Is Your Club More Corporate than Community?
Is your club more corporate than community?
We live our culture both on and off the field — like taking our kids to MEOW WOLF for a club-building day. Because relationships are the foundation of everything we do.
In youth soccer today, it’s easy to get caught up in the business side — bigger rosters, more fees, more locations, and flashy optics. But somewhere along the way, connection can get lost.
At TTi, we believe the club should serve the player — not the other way around.
We measure our success in the growth of the people in our care, not just in spreadsheets or trophies.
We never want to go past 190 players total.
No conglomerates. No multiple campuses in the same city. No thousands of players spread thin.
We want to be community-based — a place where every player is known, supported, and challenged.
That’s why we:
- Every player play
- Move players across groups to meet their needs, not our convenience
- Ensure every coach knows every player in the club
- Put family connection and education at the heart of what we do
- Choose competition based on development, not marketing
When you walk into a TTi session, you’ll feel community before you see structure.
You’ll see players pushing each other, coaches investing in each moment, and parents connected to the process — not standing on the outside.
Because we’re not building a brand. We’re building a home.
