More Than a Club

I know, I know — I stole this from Barcelona. Mes Que un Club!

The irony is that I really enjoyed my time there between 2018–2022 at the Innovation Hub in Barcelona. But it also shaped how I feel about football on a deep level.

More Than a Club.

When we transitioned into being a full club with consistent training, we faced some big decisions. We chose to be different — and we’ve stuck to that choice.

We don’t want to be huge. We’re not chasing the numbers of a conglomerate with thousands of players. Our purpose is clear: to have around 150–190 players we can truly know, coach, and provide a wonderful, consistent experience for.

That experience means more than just matches. It means futsal to sharpen skill, club-building events to strengthen connection, and traveling opportunities that enrich our players’ soccer lives — all designed to help them grow as people and as footballers.

We’ve made a deliberate decision to stay away from “mandatory,” “constant travel,” “win at all costs,” “no days off,” and words like “career” or “grind.”

Because we believe childhood football should be inspiring, not exhausting. Challenging, not crushing. Enriching, not transactional.

At TTi, we’re more than a club. We’re a community with purpose.
