To the new face in training. To the teammate still finding their rhythm. To the family just joining the sidelines.

We all remember what it felt like to be new. At TTi, we don’t see that as a threat — we see it as a chance to lead.

I’m proud of our players. When they see a trialist, they see potential. They know that someone new can help the club — not take something from it. So instead of pressure, they offer presence.

I’ve watched it happen time and time again: A trial player makes a mistake… and they hear, “Don’t worry, it’s OK. Let’s go.”

That’s when I’m most proud. Because that’s not just good football — that’s good people.
