At TTi, our trial process isn’t a one-session audition.

And it’s not about rankings, labels, or chasing acronyms. We recruit the family, not just the player.

That’s why our process takes time — usually 3–4 weeks. We want to understand who you are, how you learn, how you respond to challenge, and how you treat teammates, opponents, and the game itself. Ability matters — but character, curiosity, and connection matter just as much.

Every player works with all of our staff. Different voices. Different environments. Real relationships. Because development doesn’t happen in a vacuum, and decisions shouldn’t either.

We’re not trying to be right for everyone. We’re trying to be right to you.
