It’s All About Balance.

Some of the players arrived a day early, which meant we had the chance to slow things down a little. For me, those are often the best moments of a trip.

Spending time with them at their level — walking through a new city, learning a few words of another language, or simply sharing a gelato together.

Football is the reason we travel, but it’s never the whole story. The real growth happens in the spaces around the game — in the conversations, the curiosity, and the small experiences that shape perspective.

Those are the pieces that matter. It’s all about balance.
